The Queen's Necklace Residences · Suite 14

The Queen's Necklace Residences · Suite 14 is not a property one simply views; it is one you arrive at. A fully serviced waterfront residence on Marine Drive, hotel-managed and furnished by a Milanese studio, for principals who keep a Mumbai address without keeping a Mumbai household. The approach sets the tone — an unhurried sequence of thresholds that gradually quietens Mumbai until the address itself takes over, and the first impression is less of a building than of a settled, confident mood.

The bay fills the entire living room wall; at night the curve of lights that gives the drive its name runs unbroken from the window seat. Mornings here begin slowly, with the kind of light that photographers chase and architects design around; by evening the same spaces turn amber, and Marine Lines becomes a distant, glittering backdrop rather than a presence. Proportions throughout favour generosity over spectacle, and every finish has been chosen for how it ages rather than how it photographs.

Marine Lines is the city's grand front porch — Churchgate, the Oval and the Taj all within an unhurried walk. The neighbourhood carries the discretion that serious capital prefers: unremarkable gates, remarkable interiors, and neighbours who value the same silence. Service is woven into the fabric of the address rather than performed, so daily life feels effortless rather than attended.

Housekeeping, concierge, valet and a private chef on call are included in the lease. It is offered on lease to a single discerning occupier, and it is — in the truest sense — an exceptional property, presented by the Vinci Property Desk to verified members and institutional occupiers who recognise the difference.
